After years of working at a dealership, I picked up on many things within the automotive service industry. Some things were good and some were bad, but the main thing I noticed was that NO ONE enjoys sitting in a waiting room. With these findings I decided to combine my passion for cars and business to improve the automotive service experience for everyone.
